Your use of this Credit Union Internet Banking service (the services) is subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  Your first use of the Services will be deemed to constitute your  acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Reference in this agreement to the Credit Union include any employees, agents, or third party suppliers that support the delivery of the services.

The operation of your account with the Credit Union and the use of the services is also subject to terms and conditions contained in your operation of account agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.

You are responsible for keeping your Access Code(s) confidential and preventing its unauthorized use.  Your Access Code(s) together with your account number may be used to authorize transactions in the account.  You agree that the use of your access Code(s) may be exclusively relied on by the credit union without further inquiry as proof of your authorization for any transaction made through the services including any unauthorized use of your access code without your knowledge or consent provided however that you will not be liable for such unauthorized use once the credit union has received notice from you, either in person, by telephone or writing at any branch of the credit union confirmation that your access code has been disclosed, lost, stolen or subject to unauthorized use.

You can help ensure the security for your account and prevent unauthorized access by installing most secure version of internet browser with all recommended security fixes offered by your supplier on your computer and by never leaving your computer signed on to the services unattended.  Your internet browser is offered by a third party software company (common products including microsoftinternet explorer and netscape navigator), and contains security features to prevent unauthorized access to your account.  The credit union shall not be liable for transactions not authorized by you as a result of defects in browser software security.

Limitation of this Service

The Credit Union may withdraw or restrict the use of the Services without notice to you.

This service may include the ability to link from this internet banking service to third party internet sites for your convenience.  The credit union shall not be liable for any service or information sent to you through such third party internet sites.

The Credit Union shall not be liable for any cost or damages you experience as a result of any unavailability, disruption, or cancellation of the services.  In no event shall the credit union be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential costs or damages.

Records of Transactions

You agree that the records of the Credit Union, including any records maintained electronically of transactions carried out through the Services shall be deemed to be correct and shall be acceptable evidence in the event of any disputes.  You shall however be entitled to challenge any transactions that appear to be in error or incomplete in accordance with the terms of the operation of account agreement.

The Credit Union may assess service charges for your use of the Services.  Service charges will be on your regular statement of account.  The current schedule of service charges may be obtain at the credit union.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended by the Credit Union from time to time.  You will be notified of changes when you use the Services.  Changes will become effective on the date specified on the notice of change.
